Just moved into the new place ... it kinda sucks, but what can you do?  At least there's a pool and the wildlife count seems pretty low.  Note to self: Next time, look at the apartment BEFORE signing the lease.  Okay, I'm off to buy furniture ... auditions soon, I'll keep you posted!
